For your convenience we ask you to make one registration for your child to attend QEST clubs and book the sessions that you require. This booking will remain constant while your child remains with the club and will only be terminated with 4 weeks notice. All sessions booked will be charged in full.

You will be able to change your booking by completing a new booking form and giving 4 weeks notice to make the changes, in many instances we can make the changes immediately.

Fees will be invoiced at the beginning of each month.  Payments must be made by the 10th of the month or a late fee of £10 will be added to your next invoice.  Constant late payments will receive charges and could result in a loss of your child’s club place.  Holiday club places are booked on a first come first served basis and places will be limited.  All fees are payable in advance prior to the start of the club and are deemed non-refundable. You may book extra sessions on the day and pay for them as you make the booking.

Full payment will be due and refunds will not be made for school closing and the club being unable to operate for reasons beyond our control such as adverse weather, power failure, etc.
